Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return requirements.
If the return is approved, your refund will usually be processed within 1–2 business days after the returned product is received. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What We Cannot Accept for Returns
For safety, quality, and product condition reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been used, assembled, opened, or altered, unless the item is faulty
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear
- Products returned after the eligible return period
- Items without original packaging or in unsellable condition
Faulty, Damaged, or Wrong Products
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue quickly.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement free of charge or provide a suitable solution. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect products, we will cover the return shipping cost when a return is required.
Cancellation After Ordering
If you would like to cancel your order after payment has been completed, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Orders are prepared and shipped every business day from Monday to Saturday. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible. In that case, you may need to return the item after receiving it in order to request a refund.
Change of Mind / Exchanges
For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, please contact us within the eligible return period at:

Returned items must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Never Received Your Order
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date at:

Our team will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier. Depending on the result of the investigation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution on a case-by-case basis.
International Returns
For international customers, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your item. Cutebeeshop is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during transit.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued, including but not limited to:
- Items returned in less than original condition
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, or components
- Items showing signs of use, assembly, or damage
- Returns received outside the standard return period, if accepted at our discretion
