If the nearest warehouse is temporarily out of stock for a specific item, your order may be shipped from the next best available location. In this case, delivery may take a few extra days.

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. However, our team always works to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment. If your tracking number has not updated immediately, this does not necessarily mean your package has not been shipped.
